Myelogram
A myelogram is a minimally invasive diagnostic procedures usually obtained in the setting of back pain in which contrast is injected into the spinal canal using a tiny needle under x-ray guidance. Computed tomography (CT) images are then obtained and interpreted by a radiologist to look for problematic areas of disk bulging and nerve root impingement.
