About Me:
I became a physician in an unconventional way. I graduated magna cum laude from Merrimack College in North Andover Massachusetts with a BS in business administration. My plan was to take the CAP examination and work for a big accounting firm. I quickly decided that accounting was not my lot in life. Instead, I returned to Merrimack College to complete my pre-medical school education.

After completing my BA in biology, I headed to Chicago, Illinois to attend medical school at Chicago Medical School. During my third and fourth year medical school rotation, I worked primarily at inner city hospitals, including Cook County Hospital in Chicago. My experience as a third and fourth year student helped shape my future goal of becoming a radiologist.

After my first year of medical school, I married my husband. He also relocated from New England to Chicago so he could attend law school. My husband and I decided to stay in Chicago for my residency. I completed my intern year at Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago, Illinois and my four year radiology residency at the University of Illinois in Chicago. My residency at the University of Illinois exposed me to all facets of radiology.

Following completion of my radiology residency, I returned to Massachusetts for a fellowship in body imaging at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester, as well as Marlborough Hospital. In 2001, I relocated to the North Shore and started my career with Beverly Radiology Associates.

My passion is to travel. My husband , daughter and I have traveled all over the world. We have experienced great trips and many other cultures.
