Microphlebectomy
Microphlebectomy is a safe minimally invasive procedure that involves removing uncomfortable bulging varicose veins that lie just beneath the skin surface through tiny “pinhole” incisions. Your doctor will numb the skin and tissue around the vein with a local anesthetic prior to removing the veins. The procedure is less invasive than surgical “vein stripping” with faster healing, less discomfort, and shorter recovery. Patients can resume most regular activities following the treatment.
